Heating Instructions
Place the bag into the microwave for 2 minutes. Apply the bag to your body for the warm therapy.
Do not apply the bag to uncovered skin to avoid burns.
If the Heat Pad feels too hot on the body, wrap it in a small towel until it has cooled sufficiently.
When re heating the bag use less microwave time as there is already a latent heat in the bag.
Use with extreme caution on the elderly and children.
